About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven Sales Director to lead our business development initiatives across the United States and Canada. This role focuses on staffing, workforce outsourcing, contract staffing, contingent workforce solutions, and RPO services.
The ideal candidate has deep industry experience, a strong network, and the ability to independently drive client acquisition, solution design, and revenue growth with minimal oversight.
 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Lead sales expansion across the US and Canada for staffing, contract staffing, workforce outsourcing, and flexible workforce solutions.
  • Independently drive the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → solution design → negotiation → closing.
  • Acquire and expand mid-market and enterprise clients across industries such as tech, manufacturing, logistics, retail, finance, and healthcare.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  1. Market Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to the North American staffing and contingent labor landscape.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, HR tech conferences, staffing expos, and regional business summits.
  1. Solution Design & Delivery Coordination

  • Work closely with delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and project execution.
  • Design customized solutions for clients, including staffing models, contract workforce setups, RPO, and outsourcing structures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during engagement, ensuring client satisfaction and driving renewals and upsell opportunities.
  1. Market Intelligence & Industry Insights

  • Provide ongoing analysis of trends in the US/Canada staffing market, contingent workforce compliance, and competitor activities.
  • Offer insights to optimize pricing, service offerings, and delivery models.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5–8+ years of sales experience in the staffing / contract staffing / workforce outsourcing / RPO industry (required).
  • Strong understanding of the North American labor market, staffing sales cycles, procurement processes, and compliance considerations.
  • Demonstrated success in winning mid-market and enterprise clients independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
  • Fluent in English; strong cross-cultural communication abilities.

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing network within HR, procurement, staffing, or outsourcing sectors.
  • Experience launching new markets or building sales teams from scratch.
  • Familiarity with US & Canadian labor regulations and contractor compliance programs.
