Hired to assist in the creation and implementation of automated/manual patch management process for both test and production servers using both SCCM and WSUS. Assist in new projects including building servers, coordinate with vendor, creating documentation, and security patching. Responsible for the physical audit of servers in two data centers including both virtual and physical servers. Review and edit disaster recovery plan for business continuation. Tasked with moving existing macOS devices into the current environment utilizing AirWatch. Assist in fulfilling various level 2 escalated help desk tickets as well as provide Level 3 support for various departments.

• Collected server data information for 472 servers (196 Physical and 276 Virtual) and entered into enterprise CMDB. Information included vendor information, system owner, point of contact, system administrator, server location, automated monthly maintenance window and system criticality for business continuity.

• Description: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for converged network. Solely responsible for providing server and desktop support for the entire enterprise including three branch offices. I also provided IT consultation services to client’s offices in regards to security, network and technology procurement. Responsible for implementing and maintaining HIPAA compliance throughout the entire enterprise. Provision and administer both staging and production servers in the data center. Installed, administered and assigned server roles to all servers throughout the enterprise including SharePoint, SQL Server, DNS, IIS, Active Directory and AD Federated services.

• July 2016 successfully coordinated and migrated live production infrastructure from physical servers to cloud based servers. Moved physical servers to new colocation and implemented cold DR site.
