Description

The members of SID are professionals in all of the technical and business disciplines that relate to display research, design, manufacturing, applications, marketing, and sales. Each member belongs to the SID chapter of his or her choice. We invite you to join us in developing and manufacturing the displays for the 21st century, and applying them to exciting information,, medical, commercial, government, entertainment, and consumer products. Publications Information Display Magazine, Journal of the SID, SID-Wiley Series in Display Technology, Digest of Technical Papers (for each conference), Seminar Notes (for applicable conferences), notes for Short Courses. Committees We invite you to join one of the SID committees, which include Academic Affairs, Chapter Formation, Standards, Honors and Awards, Convention, Long-Range Planning, Membership, Nominations, Publications, and Communications (Publicity).
