I have co-architected the L1, provided guidance and direction on product, hired a full-time engineering team, and trained existing engineering resources to execute within our new stack.

• Description: At Rhino, I have helped scale our Engineering team from seven engineers to over 70. I was previously the lead engineer and manager for the teams that developed all of the renter-facing features in our product.

• Description: At Protocol Labs, I was a core developer on the open-source go-libp2p project, the networking core of projects like IPFS and Filecoin, with special attention given to the optimization of our DHT and the creation of a testing framework capable of testing decentralized protocols at a massive scale. In addition to feature and protocol development, I also helped orchestrate libp2p offsites and drove our project roadmapping process. In 2019, I lead a libp2p workshop at the ACM ICN (Information-Centric Networking) conference in Macau.
