• Description: Led a team of React Native developers to create a multi-tenant, white-labeled system to help transportation companies manage their businesses more efficiently. Joined the team when the app concept shifted to multi-tenancy and white-labeling. Refactored the existing codebase to support multiple tenants and improve scalability within 3 months, which streamlined the development process. Significantly enhanced my soft skills to effectively explain to the leadership team why refactoring was essential, even though the app was almost brand new.

• Description: Worked on a large, cloud-based enterprise portal for hardware management, developed for a Fortune 500 company with a team of over 100 engineers from our organization. I wouldn't say that the development was particularly interesting; however, I learned a lot about how large organizations are built from the inside and how painful the structure can sometimes be. I've become more mature and focused significantly on resource management, the hiring process, career development plans, and strategic thinking.

React Native Developer at NIX

• Description: Developed a couple of simple cross-platform apps in compact teams and worked for a year on a huge e-learning platform for an EdTech company with over $1.5 billion in revenue. This was probably the most interesting chapter in my career, where I worked in a great team with well-defined processes. The app concept was outdated, and we pushed many ideas on how to improve it. Even though none of them were approved, I learned a lot about product thinking, proactivity, and what a great product team should look like. Apart from that, I started to get involved in tech interviews, conducted lectures for trainees, and participated in many organizational activities. Although the idea of running a software company was in my mind from day one, during this time, I realized that it would happen very soon, and the plan was already in place.
