- Description: In this role, I helped increase annual revenue by ≈ $3.9 million through split-testing various copy, funnels, design, bundles, upsells, and price points. This helped Organifi reach INC 500 for a whopping 3 years in a row as we scaled from 6 to 60+ employees.
Developed split testing process and detailed tracking system to manage the roughly 50 ongoing individual split tests running across multiple product funnels on Shopify and Clickbank.
Generated and deployed split test ideas based on historical wins, testing, research and hypothesis.

Directed the procurement of printing substrates, adhesives, and inks required to complete production requests. Scheduled all incoming orders in order of priority, raw material availability, press availability, and estimated run time.
Collaborated with shift supervisors and press operators concerning production expectations. Administered daily production status meetings with the CS team of 10+ members regarding 70+ active unique orders. Promoted from two previous positions: First as a Quality Control Inspector at age 19 and then to a Flexographic Press Operator.
