Responsibilities include: • Overseeing all projects, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met. • Liaising with managers and subcontractors regarding site issues, concerns and producing reports. • Monitoring project progress and liaising with applicable departments, suppliers, subcontractors to ascertain the project is delivered within the time frame. • Making sure all the relevant information is collated and procedures are being adhered to the best of standards. Previous project description: MUGA Pitch on behalf of England Sport at Dean Trust Ardwick – removal of asbestos, installation of drainage, ducting, kerbs tarmac, shock pad, artificial grass, fencing and furniture. Responsibilities included: • Established standards of quality on site and ensured delivery of a quality build in accordance with the project specifications and project requirements. • Produced and developed project programmes and control operations to achieve delivery of the project on time. Previous project description: Cornbrook for Graham – This project consisted of two residential rise blocks (15 and 14 storeys) which featured 280 apartments and the packages I dealt with were: deep drainage, paving, aco-drains & gullies, planters, re-instatement of ground works, tarmac, kerbing, street furniture. Responsibilities included: • Managed the programmes to compile short term programmes to ensure key dates are met and review labour resources and plant. • Ensured that the workforce is working safely and to the Task Specific Method Statement • Site records are being produced correctly and all works recorded. • Constant communication with the client / designers and making sure all requirements are meant. • Interacted with the council and highways to make works are to the correct standard. • Take-offs own the scope of works via drawings to other material required. • Driving quality delivery through effective planning and right first-time delivery. • Maintained a good working relationship with the client, staff and promoting the values and behaviours set out by the company. • Managed overall responsibility for delivery of sections of work safely and to time and budget.
