Chief Operating Officer - Multi-Site $100+ million revenue experience with high-volume manufacturing experience

Full control of a fast-paced manufacturing organization, growth opportunity, not a turnaround - tremendous upside! The division being sold off created a need when the previous COO became the new company's President.

Experienced manufacturing leader who makes decisions based on collected data and focuses on value creation. The company has the capacity to grow by 40% or more in the next 3 to 5 years with minimal capital investment. It needs a COO who can create that path to growth by driving process improvements and increasing productivity.

RELOCATION Required NO REMOTE ***** Position must be relocated within 3 years

Experience with:

$150 + million yearly total revenue, multiple plant experience preferred
High-volume manufacturing with custom products and finishing
Paper – Printing - Converting - (Direct Mail, Packaging, Labels, Cards) is a plus
Full P&L experience with SGA ability to compile, analyze, report, and act on the numbers
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GMP principles
Experience leading large 800+ employee organizations
Experience rolling our ERP system and driving adaptation, Monarch experience a plus
Ability to Analyze labor – productivity – throughput and Manage by the numbers
