Sourcing Advice for This Role

Recruitment Difficulty Analysis

Key challenge: The role requires a rare blend of 12–15 years of hotel F&B/service-related training leadership, senior HR/TD experience, and multi-national stakeholder management in Hong Kong. The combination of seniority, regional language fluency (English, Cantonese, Mandarin), and willingness to travel or relocate for a live-in accommodation role makes the talent pool narrow and geographically constrained.
