Recruitment Difficulty Analysis

Key challenge: This remote, grant-funded role in a Kentucky nonprofit requires a rare combination of data governance for Kynect/211, hands-on resource database management, and partner onboarding with frontline caller support. The specialized HSIS/211 taxonomy experience, nonprofit background, and mid-range pay may narrow the candidate pool and slow time-to-fill in a remote market.
