The Role - More Than a Bartender

We are seeking a Men's Grill Bartender & Golf Enthusiast to serve as the trusted presence in our 19th Hole / Men's Locker Room Bar. This role is about much more than pouring drinks: it's about being a smooth operator, a hospitality professional, and a cultural ambassador for our members.

You'll create a welcoming environment where members unwind after golf, connect over sports, hunting, fishing, or cards, and know they can count on genuine conversation without the "BS." Discretion, trust, and professionalism are non-negotiable-you'll be the face of camaraderie, not gossip.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service in a relaxed, private atmosphere.
• Craft and serve signature cocktails, beer, wine, and premium beverages with precision.
• Engage in authentic conversation about golf, sports, hunting, and the outdoors.
• Build trust-based relationships-anticipating member preferences and needs.
• Read the room: know when to connect, when to listen, and when to give space.
• Support club events, watch parties, and social gatherings in the Men's Grill.
• Maintain bar operations: inventory management, cleanliness, and TABC compliance.
  
  

Who You Are

• A hospitality-driven professional with bartending/mixology experience (private club or high-end setting preferred).
• A true golf and sports enthusiast, comfortable engaging members on current events, tournaments, and lifestyle topics.
• A trusted operator who balances friendliness with discretion and professionalism.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and skilled at reading member dynamics.
• TABC and Food Handler certified (or ability to obtain).

Preferred: Military veteran or seasoned hospitality professional with proven ability to connect authentically with diverse groups.
