Key Responsibilities
- Maintain computer hardware, peripherals and application software to ensure uninterrupted system operations.
- Monitor Hotel and guest network infrastructure to uphold data integrity and system stability.
- Manage system security, user accounts, access rights, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Evaluate new software, system patches and propose implementation plans to the IT Manager.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Information Technology or other related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of diverse experience in infrastructure projects, system application and share service support; experience in Hotel Industry would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
