Job Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Comply with Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) regulation at work place. Support company programmes and activities such as related to HSSE, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and local authority.
• Demonstrate people management by ensuring staffs are qualified and well-trained in performing their duties (Identify key area of improvement – Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Concession Agreement (CA), Project Operating Guidelines (POG) and Infection Control Policy) as per requirements in the CA.
• Identify and conduct staff training for technical skill and safety to improve performance. Provide basic British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) training to all new cleaning operatives.
• Verify and ensure all SOP forms are filled correctly and accurately for submission to helpdesk in order that all information is captured and updated in Asset and Services Information System (ASIS).
• Plan and manage consumables to ensure adequate and optimisation of usage as per HSIP.
• Maintain good rapport with internal and external customer such as attending to all inquiries and complaint from the hospital authorities and communicate appropriately to resolve any CLS issues.
• Assist superior to monitor Weekly Joint Inspection and complaints raised by user to reduce deduction performance.
• Assist Facility Head of Hygiene to perform staff training for CLS and user training for hospital staffs.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• High School Certificate
• At least 4 - 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Effective Supervisory Skill
• Knowledge on Cleansing Services
• Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
