To cope with our rapid expansion, we are hiring an IT Assistant to support our ISO 27001 implementation and ongoing IT projects, and to provide hands on network and CCTV support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS): help prepare documentation, assist in risk assessments, track control implementation, and support internal audits and management reviews.
• Assist project leads with IT projects: scheduling, coordination, testing, deployment, documentation and user training.
• Provide day to day network support: configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points; monitor network performance and security.
• Install, configure and maintain IP CCTV systems: cameras, NVRs/DVRs, remote access, cabling checks and routine maintenance.
• Manage server/workstation support: Windows and Linux desktop/server administration, Active Directory, patching and user account management.
• Respond to IT incidents and service requests; escalate when necessary and follow incident resolution procedures.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, update change logs and liaise with vendors and service providers.
• Support backup and recovery processes, basic scripting for automation, security monitoring tools and support mobile device like iOS and Android.
  
  

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1–3 years practical experience in IT support, network administration or CCTV systems.
• Knowledge with ISO 27001 requirements and information security concepts; experience supporting ISO/ISMS projects is an advantage.
• Hands on experience with network devices (Cisco/Huawei/other), basic routing/switching, firewalls and VPNs.
• Practical experience installing and maintaining IP CCTV systems.
