Job Title: Junior PMO Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior PMO Analyst to support the Project Management Office in delivering successful projects across the organization. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in project management and gain exposure to a variety of business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and issue trackers.
- Support resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts.
- Help enforce PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in onboarding new project team members and maintaining project tools and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or PMO support.
- Basic understanding of project management principles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese and English both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
