🔑 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the customer account opening process, including the initial review of customer information and system entry to ensure that the information is complete and accurate
• Work closely with compliance, legal and other relevant departments to promote efficient and compliant account opening process
• Regularly update customer information, maintain files, organize internal service records, and provide support for follow-up services and audits
• Assist the team to complete other related tasks assigned by the supervisor

📌 Job Requirements:

• Must have experience in account opening/customer service, and be familiar with the customer service process of banks, securities firms or financial platforms is preferred
• Understand basic KYC / AML (anti-money laundering) compliance requirements and have preliminary risk identification awareness
• Have good communication skills, strong service awareness, and be able to handle customer files and information carefully
• Proficient in using office software, CRM or customer management system, and have good file management and archiving habits
• Have a sense of responsibility, adapt to a fast-paced working environment, have a team spirit, and be willing to continue learning and improving
