About the Role

As a Sales Executive at SCG India, you will be at the front line of driving our market expansion. Your mission is not only to grow revenue but to establish SCG as a trusted partner in India’s construction and industrial ecosystem. This role combines customer engagement, market development, and solution-based selling in an environment where your ideas and initiatives truly matter.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with developers, contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Promote SCG’s portfolio of sustainable and innovative solutions as value-driven offerings to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic sales planning.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Represent SCG at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and professional networking events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 0–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or industrial products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
