Role Overview:


We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive business development, market expansion, and sales performance in the U.S. animal nutrition sector. This is a remote-based role with national travel, and we are targeting senior professionals with strong industry networks and proven experience in feed ingredient sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the U.S. animal nutrition market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with feedmills, integrators, producers, veterinarians, nutritionists, pet food manufacturers, premix companies, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Promote and provide technical support for yeast-derived feed ingredients, demonstrating practical knowledge of their application in animal health and nutrition.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple animal categories.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and R&D teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in feed ingredient sales, with a strong preference for candidates experienced with yeast-based products.
  • Extensive U.S. industry connections and a proven track record of building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally (40–50%).
