A group dedicated to discussing the creation of an innovative travel network that brings together tourist guides, expedition professionals, travel bloggers, historians, travel service providers, and travel-related business owners.
As avid travelers, we have found that there are many pain points while planning a trip, including discovering places to travel, locating a guide and fighting through marketing noise to find those travel jewels. In this marketing noise, where big dollars rule the game, independent travel professionals have fewer chances to be noticed. Fake reviews on major travel platforms are ubiquitous and can lure the traveler in the wrong direction, directing them only to commercial attractions or to substandard accommodation. In addition, if you want to do travel blogging - it is a complex, time-consuming WordPress process, without the benefit of a mobile app, and with no way to share trips with members. And finally, too many travel professionals don’t have a social network to share their travel experiences with peers, travelers, and clients.
To resolve the issues mentioned above, we are working on a platform that will become an easy solution that allows travel guides, expedition professionals, bloggers, photographers, and historians to produce their creative travel content and attract clients that fit their type and personal style in the right place and time. The platform lets travel professionals create their own travel profile, easily record trips using the mobile app, easily (no coding required) edit and publish a travel journal, discuss trips and places, and provide essential travel advice to their audience. This is a wonderful chance for all independent travel professionals to become part of their own travel network. This is the Enguide Adventure Network (enguide.com)
