The Oracle Utilities (OU) Customer Care & Billing International User Group (UG) was specifically created for employees in the Electric, Gas, Sewer, and Water Utility industries to share their experiences with Oracle’s Customer Care & Billing product. The UG meets regularly by phone to share recent activities, best practices, and potential product enhancements with other peers. Participants take turns chairing the recurring call andmay also take turns hosting panel discussions about a module, integration or other solution. Although the UG is solely operated by, the UG may include Oracle participants for Oracle-led discussions, product release updates, demos and functional presentations. Some of the members of the UG are also authorized members of the OracleProduct Development 2012 Customer Advisory Board.
