This leader will manage all operational functions including production, maintenance, shipping, safety, and inventory while driving operational improvements across a two-shift workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, shipping, safety, and inventory management

• 3-10 years of construction management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering and/or equivalent experience or education

• I rollen som processingenjör kommer du att utveckla och förbättra tillverkningsprocesser, utrustning och arbetsflöden för att öka produktivitet och förbättra kvaliteten.
• Du kommer att analysera, utforma och utföra tester för att samla in data som ett stöd till beslutsfattande.
• Utvärdera och implementera ny tillverkningsutrustning.
• Samarbete med andra interna enheter som exempelvis produktionen, kvalitet och underhåll för att hitta förbättringar och förändringar i processerna.
• Utveckla och uppdatera tekniskdokumentation.
• Säkerställa att alla processförbättringar följer gällande säkerhets-, miljö- och kvalitetsstandarder.
  
  

• Ingenjörsexamen inom mekanik eller annat relaterat område.
• Tidigare erfarenhet som processingenjör i pappers- och massaindustrin, inom tillverkning alternativt projektledning är starkt meriterande.
• Som person har du en stark analytisk och problemlösande förmåga, du analyserar vad som är fel, prioriterar dina uppgifter och hittar lösningar.
• Du är lugn och kommunikativ i ditt sätt att samarbeta och trivs med att ta ansvar och att arbeta i team.
• Du talar och skriver obehindrat svenska, goda kunskaper i engelska är meriterande.
• Meriterande med kunskap inom Lean eller Six Sigma.
