💻 Role

Be our champion of operations excellence and coordinate across teams
Assist Omni-channel E-commerce platforms operations and order fulfillment
Assist on scheduling outbound shipments and logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space and manpower for the shipments
Assist evaluates and manages deliveries and shipments to improve inventory control procedures
Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
Aid in the feedback/design of our systems, the information flows and the processes that make it all work
Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics/Shipping, Engineering teams

👋 About you

Strong passion for obsessive customer service and interest in E-commerce
Willingness to learn and ability to handle a steep learning curve
Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
Preferably 1 year experience in the e-commerce industry / sneakers space
Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in related discipline
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Fluent Cantonese will be a plus)
Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Self-motivated, adaptive and flexible, and able to work independently
Immediate availability is preferable
