Lập kế hoạch, tiến độ công việc và công tác chuẩn bị thi công; Kiểm tra và giám sát trực tiếp công tác thi công, phối hợp với các tổ đội và thầu phụ để thúc đẩy công việc được tiến hành thuận lợi và hiệu quả.
Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan kiểm tra nghiệm thu công việc, hoàn thành đúng tiến độ.
Tính toán, xác nhận khối lượng thi công; quản lý & kiểm soát hao hụt vật.
Tổ chức thực hiện tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật Dự án và Tiêu chuẩn xây dựng trong quá trình giám sát kỹ thuật.
Đảm bảo công tác thi công theo đúng quy trình quản lý chất lượng, an toàn vệ sinh lao động và tiến độ đối với khu vực được phân công đảm trách.

Yêu cầu công việc

Tốt nghiệp Đại học – chuyên ngành chuyên ngành xây dựng dân dụng.
Có 01 năm kinh nghiệm tại các vị trí liên quan.
Có kỹ năng hoạch định, quản lý tốt, chịu được áp lực công việc cao.
Thành thạo các phần mềm vi tính chuyên môn và văn phòng.
