Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our Equities Technology team. This role supports the delivery of strategic initiatives across front to back platform, working closely with trading desks, operations, compliance, and global technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from trading desks and stakeholders.
• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Analyze trading workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with compliance standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or project management, preferably in financial services.
• Exposure to electronic trading workflows, OMS/EMS platforms, or FIX protocol is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Prior internship or full-time experience in a trading or technology environment.
• Familiarity with APAC equity markets and regulatory landscape.
• Technical understanding of system integration, SQL, or scripting is advantageous.
