Le projet ACCESS (Advancing Cross-border Cooperation in Educational Support Services - Développer la coopération Européenne pour une École Inclusive) est un projet porté par le Collectif EMAS 69 (Equipe Mobile d'Appui à la Scolarisation) en coopération avec des professionnels de l'éducation nationale (DSDEN de Lyon). Ce projet est financé par le programme ERASMUS +. Il vise à utiliser la mobilité internationale comme outil de développement de connaissances et de compétences, ainsi qu’à soutenir la coopération entre organisations. Sur l’année 2024, le groupe de professionnels engagés vont avoir l’opportunité de partir sur deux mobilités internationales à Bologne (Italie) et Lisbonne (Portugal) pour découvrir leurs modèles d’école et la place des enfants à besoins éducatifs particuliers au sein de celle-ci. La finalité de ces séjours : permettre à ces professionnels de s’inspirer et d'apprendre au travers de deux mobilités interculturelles, en rencontrant des professionnels d’autres pays. - Depuis 2021, le collectif EMAS 69 (Equipe Mobile d’Appui à la Scolarisation) travaille sur le territoire du Rhône et de la Métropole de Lyon dans une démarche d’école inclusive, suite aux directives portées par l’ARS (Agence Régionale de Santé). Les 8 associations constituant le collectif sont Acolea, l’ADAPEI 69, la Fondation OVE, l’IRSAM, Itinova, Odyneo, les PEP 69/ML et la Sauvegarde 69 -
