•The HOSINS group, initiated in 2017 by a trio dedicated to supporting the front office insurance desk, has evolved into a robust community of over 600 members. Initially focused on sharing essential contact information for TPA and insurance, the group faced challenges in expanding its network. However, perseverance paid off, and within a year, membership reached 100. Despite some members leaving, the group's impact grew, earning recognition across Chennai's hThis culminated in the first HOSINS meet on February 16, 2020, followed by two more successful gatherings.
•Today, HOSINS stands as an influential, albeit unregistered, collective that champions education on hospital credit claim processes, empanelment procedures, and Turnaround Time (TAT) management. It fosters a healthy relationship between payers and providers, strengthening the healthcare infrastructure across Chennai and Tamil Nadu. The group's journey from a small WhatsApp circle to a significant network exemplifies the power of community and shared knowledge in the healthcare industry.
