Hi Neel, Great,Thursday at 11 am IST is locked in. Here’s a quick overview on compensation and flexibility: 1. Base Salary & Bonus - Base: USD 260,000,320,000 per year - Annual Bonus: Target 20,25% of base, tied to APAC growth metrics 2. Equity - Grant in the range of 0.08,0.15% of outstanding shares, vesting over four years with a one-year cliff 3. Thanks, Jasmine, this all looks in the ballpark. I’d love to understand how APAC growth metrics for the bonus are set, and whether there’s any flexibility around the equity grant given my track record scaling APAC teams.
Hi Neel, Great questions, happy to dive in. 1. APAC Bonus Metrics We set the annual bonus around three core pillars, each weighted to reflect our regional priorities: • Revenue Growth: Targets anchored to a % uplift in APAC bookings and top-line revenue across our 12 markets. • Market Expansion: Milestones for new country launches and attainment of defined market-entry KPIs (e.g., partner sign-ups, pilot programs live). • Strategic Partnerships: Volume and quality metrics for airline, payment-provider and government collaborations (e.g., number of active partnerships, partner-driven bookings). At the start of each fiscal year, you’ll agree on specific thresholds (stretch and target) with our EVP and Finance team, this ensures transparency and alignment. 2. Equity Flexibility Our standard grant range is 0.08,0.15% of outstanding shares. Given your proven track record scaling APAC teams, we have the flexibility to consider up to ~0.18,0.20% at the top end of the range. Final sizing will depend on agreed scope and overall comp mix, but I’m absolutely open to advocating for an enhanced grant that reflects the scale you’ve delivered at S***r and G***e P***y. Let me know if you’d like any more detail before Thursday, or we can walk through the bonus scorecard and equity framework live on our call. Looking forward to exploring this further! Best, Jasmine
Thanks Jasmine , that’s really helpful. On Thursday, could we walk through a sample bonus scorecard with actual stretch vs. target thresholds, and chat about how we’d structure the equity grant toward 0.18,0.20% given my APAC scaling track record?
Hi Neel, Absolutely,on Thursday we’ll walk through a live sample bonus scorecard with real stretch vs. target thresholds. For example: • Revenue Growth (40% weighting): , Target = +20% YoY APAC bookings , Stretch = +30% YoY APAC bookings • Market Expansion (30% weighting): , Target = 4 new country launches , Stretch = 6 new country launches • Strategic Partnerships (30% weighting): , Target = 12 active airline/payment-provider deals , Stretch = 18 active deals • Payout curve illustration: , 90% achievement = 100% of target bonus , 110% = 125% payout , 120% = 150% payout We’ll refine these metrics live to align with your goals. On equity, I’ll show how we’d size a 0.18,0.20% grant, factoring in role scope, performance milestones and a four-year vesting schedule, and discuss any tweaks based on your APAC scaling track record. Let me know if you’d like to review the scorecard deck in advance or focus on any particular scenarios. Looking forward to our deep dive at 11 am IST on Thursday. Best, Jasmine
Thanks Jasmine, this looks great. Could you share the scorecard deck in advance so I can map my S***r APAC scaling scenarios (e.g., revenue thresholds vs. country launches)? Looking forward to Thursday at 11 am IST.

Thanks for the breakdown, J***e,those benefits look great. Could you share how the discretionary bonus targets are set and how often performance reviews take place?
Hi W***a, Great question. At L***C, discretionary bonus targets are set at the start of each performance year, based on a mix of your individual compliance & operational-risk KPIs and the bank’s overall financial and governance objectives. The bonus pool is up to 15,20% of your annual base salary, and actual payout is determined by how well both you and the company meet those targets. We operate on an annual review cycle with two key touchpoints: • Mid-year checkpoint , a formal conversation to review progress, recalibrate goals if needed, and ensure you have support/resources. • Year-end review , a full evaluation of your achievements versus targets, which informs the final bonus decision. In addition, managers hold quarterly one-on-one meetings for ongoing feedback and course correction. Hope this helps, let me know if you need any more detail ahead of our call on Wednesday at 11:00 SLT! Best regards, J***e
Thanks J***e, that really helps. Quick follow-up,are the compliance KPIs largely standardized across the team or are they tailored to each manager’s scope? Looking forward to our call Wednesday!
Hi W***a, Great question. At L***C we work with a two-tier KPI structure: 1. Core, standardized metrics for all Compliance & Operational Risk managers, examples include timely completion of RCSAs, audit-finding closures, accuracy and punctuality of regulatory submissions/MIS, and completion of mandatory training. 2. Tailored KPIs aligned to each manager’s portfolio and priorities, for instance, UAT support and process-improvement targets for your assigned business units, specific risk-control initiatives or project deliverables, and team-development objectives. We’ll walk through your potential scorecard in more detail on our call Wednesday at 11:00 SLT. I’ve sent a calendar invite, looking forward to speaking then! Best regards, J***e

Thanks J***e,that range sits well given my GM/COO background. Looking forward to our chat tomorrow at 10:30 AM Taipei time. Could you share a quick overview of the bonus structure and equity vesting schedule beforehand?
Hi E***n, Here’s a quick snapshot: • Annual Bonus , Target: 20% of base salary , Upside: up to 30%+ for exceptional company and individual performance , Payout: once yearly after performance review • Equity , Vehicle: Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) , Vesting: 4-year schedule with a 25% cliff at year one, then quarterly vesting over the next three years These guidelines may adjust slightly based on final level and performance targets, but you’ll see full details in the formal offer. Happy to dive deeper on any of this during our chat tomorrow at 10:30 AM Taipei time. Looking forward to our conversation! Best, J***e HR Recruiter, StrategyBrain (on behalf of O***y)
Thanks for the snapshot,20% bonus target and the 4-year RSU schedule align well with my expectations. Could you clarify which KPIs drive that 30%+ upside and whether there’s any vesting acceleration or equity refreshers down the line? Looking forward to our chat tomorrow.
Hi E***n, Great questions. Here’s a bit more color ahead of our call: 1. Bonus Upside KPIs - Project Delivery: achieving or beating key milestones on time and within budget - Operational Excellence: vessel uptime/utilization targets, O&M cost savings and safety incident reductions - Strategic Partnerships: securing new service provider or financing agreements that expand our capacity or improve terms - Leadership & Team Development: hitting people-development goals and regional operations performance metrics 2. Vesting Acceleration & Refreshers - Acceleration: in the event of a change-of-control, the standard one-year cliff does accelerate for all unvested RSUs - Refreshers: we typically review high-impact roles around year three for potential additional RSU grants, based on both company performance and individual contribution We’ll dive deeper into how these targets are calibrated and any nuances in our compensation framework tomorrow at 10:30 AM Taipei time. Looking forward to it! Best, J***e HR Recruiter, StrategyBrain (on behalf of O***y)
Thanks, J***e,that clarity on KPIs and acceleration is really helpful. Could you share a couple of example targets for project delivery and operational excellence, and is the year-three RSU refresher purely tenure-based or tied to specific performance metrics?
Hi E***n, Here are a couple of illustrative targets we’ve used recently: 1. Project Delivery - Complete offshore substation installation and cable pull-in by Q3, keeping total direct costs within ±5% of budget. - Achieve first-power commissioning on the foundation and turbine package within 60 days of the construction milestone. 2. Operational Excellence - Maintain annual vessel availability at 95% or higher (measured against scheduled days). - Drive a 10% year-on-year reduction in O&M cost per turbine while sustaining zero lost-time safety incidents. Regarding the year-three RSU refresher: it isn’t purely tenure-based. Awards are calibrated against two dimensions: • Company Performance , hitting key portfolio metrics (e.g., aggregate asset uptime, delivery of financial targets). • Individual Contribution , assessed via your annual review, based on leadership impact, team development and project results. We can dig into the exact performance thresholds during our call tomorrow at 10:30 AM Taipei time. Looking forward to it! Best, J***e HR Recruiter, StrategyBrain (on behalf of O***y)

Great, Wednesday at 2 PM CET works for me. Just one quick thing,do most team members come in about three days a week, or is it more ad-hoc based on project needs? Looking forward to the invite!
Hi C********e, Great question! At N***e we follow a semi-structured hybrid rhythm, most of the team comes into our Paris studio three days a week (typically Tuesday,Thursday) to collaborate in person. The other days are yours to work remotely. That said, we’re flexible: if a project demands extra on-site time or you prefer a different cadence, we adjust accordingly. I’ll send the calendar invite and video link for Wednesday at 2 PM CET in just a moment. Looking forward to our conversation! Best, J*****e HR Recruiter, StrategyBrain
Thanks for clarifying the three-days-in-studio approach,it sounds like a great balance for collaboration and deep work. Just one quick thing: are there any core hours we need to stick to when working remotely, or is it fully flexible? Looking forward to our chat on Wednesday at 2 PM!
Hi C********e, Great question, when you’re working remotely at N***e, we trust everyone to manage their own schedules. There aren’t strict “clock-in/clock-out” hours, but we do ask that you’re generally available during core overlap times (roughly 10:00 AM,4:00 PM CET) so you can easily jump into quick stand-ups, brainstorming sessions or ad-hoc reviews. Outside of that window, you have full flexibility to structure your day. Looking forward to our chat on Wednesday at 2:00 PM CET. I’ll see you then! Best regards, J*****e HR Recruiter, StrategyBrain

Hi N***n, Thanks for flagging those details. For the Chief Generative AI Officer role, T***a’s package is highly competitive in today’s market, typically a base salary in the $350K-$450K range, a target bonus of up to 30%, and a meaningful equity grant, plus full benefits. Thanks for the details, super helpful. Quick question: can you share more on the equity grant structure (vesting, typical target) and the current GenAI team size I’d be inheriting? Otherwise, 6/4 at 10 AM PT is perfect, looking forward to it!
Hi N***n, Great , I’ve locked in June 4th at 10 AM PT and just sent the invite. On equity, you’d receive a meaningful grant target in line with a C-level role at our size (typically 0.5%,1.0% of outstanding shares), vesting over four years with a one-year cliff and quarterly vest thereafter. There’s also an annual refresh program tied to performance and company milestones. As for the GenAI team, you’d inherit a dedicated group of roughly 15,20 folks today, about 8,10 AI engineers/researchers, 4,5 product managers, 2,3 data scientists, plus UX/design support. There’s budget and headcount approval in flight to scale this to 30+ over the next 12 months under your leadership. Hope this helps , talk soon! Best, J***e
Thanks J***e, that’s really helpful, and the equity range aligns with what I’ve seen in my prior C-level roles. Could you share how the annual refresh is typically calibrated and what the budget/runway looks like for scaling the team to 30+? Looking forward to diving into this on 6/4.
Hi N***n, Glad to hear the equity band feels right. Here’s a bit more color: Annual Refresh • Target Size: Refresh grants typically land at about 20,30% of your original award each year, calibrated against company performance, your individual goals and market benchmarks. • Timing & Vesting: Grants are awarded after our fiscal‐year close, vesting over four years (same cadence as the sign‐on grant). Team Scaling Budget & Runway • Headcount Plan: We’ve secured budget and approvals to grow your GenAI organization from ~18 today to 30+ over the next 12 months, with phased hiring across engineering, product, design and data science. • Financial Backing: Funding is carved out of our FY roadmap, enough runway to support full hiring, ramp and tooling through mid-next year, with flexibility for further expansion as you deliver on key milestones. Happy to walk through the refresh model and the hiring roadmap in more detail on our call June 4th at 10 AM PT. Looking forward to it! Best, J***e

Thanks J***e, that all sounds in line with what I had in mind. Can you share a bit more on the equity vesting schedule and how flexible the in-office requirement is?
Hi J***k, Great questions. Here’s a bit more color: Equity Vesting • Standard four-year schedule with a one-year cliff: after 12 months, 25% vests, then the remainder vests monthly over the next three years. • We also include change-of-control acceleration provisions to protect against a sale or merger. In-Office Flexibility • Our default model is three days in our London office and two remote, which helps maintain momentum across functions. • That said, for a senior leadership role we’re happy to adapt, whether that’s two days in-office only, a condensed one-week-in-office cadence each month, or other arrangements that suit your travel and collaboration needs. Happy to fine-tune this further on our call Wednesday at 10 am GMT. Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like me to pull together beforehand. Looking forward to chatting, J***e
Thanks for the clarity, J***e,both the vesting schedule and flexibility sound in line with what I’ve done at B***r. One quick ask: could you share a bit about the current headcount and structure of the partnerships team so I can get a sense of the starting point?
Hi J***k, Great question. The partnerships team currently sits within our Commercial org and comprises five full-time folks: • 1 Senior Partnerships Manager (EMEA focus) • 1 Partnerships Manager (North America focus) • 2 Business Development Specialists (one covering OEMs, one servicing dealer groups) • 1 Partnerships Operations Coordinator All five report directly into the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Growth (that would be you!), and they work closely day-to-day with our Product, Marketing and Analytics teams. We’re targeting expansion to around eight team members by year-end, adding regional leads in APAC and LATAM. Happy to dive deeper on individual responsibilities and our hiring roadmap during our call on Wednesday at 10 am GMT. Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like ahead of that. Best, J***e
