This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales territory, providing agronomic advice, crop input solutions, and in-season support to field crop customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will:

• Manage and grow a defined territory of commercial field crop customers.
• Provide agronomic advice and crop protection recommendations, including in-season troubleshooting and field visits.
• Develop annual sales plans, execute territory strategies and track performance against targets.
• Prepare accurate, timely pricing and approved quotes aligned with company programs and margins.

Your background includes:

• Post-secondary education in agriculture, agronomy, crop science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of agronomic sales or crop input experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of Southwestern Ontario field crop production systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage a territory, and deliver consistent sales results.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage the team, growers and other stakeholders.
• High level of organization, time management and self-direction.

Job Description: Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Summary

CoverCress Inc. (“CCI”), founded in 2013, is an innovative startup company based in St. Louis within the 39 North AgTech Innovation District. 39 North is a 600-acre innovation district anchored by the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, BRDG Park, the Helix Incubator, Bayer Crop Science, and the Yield Lab. Our headquarters are located on Baur Boulevard. We utilize first-class lab space at the BRDG building and the Donald Danforth Plant Sciences Center and operate our greenhouse facilities at the latter. Our research is focused on developing products that fit within current agricultural systems.

We are converting field pennycress into a new domesticated crop under the CoverCress® brand as the third crop in standard corn/soybean rotations, which could be used on up to 10 million acres at maturity in the US. Our novel crop offers growers an additional source of income through contracting, growing, and harvesting oilseeds produced from CoverCress seed, which is then sold to processors in a closed-loop commercial system for use as a renewable fuel feedstock and high-quality animal feed. Because it grows in the winter on otherwise fallow ground, farmers earn revenue from three crops in two growing seasons while benefiting from the ecosystem benefits of a cover crop, including nutrient runoff mitigation, improved soil conditions, and carbon sequestration.

CCI is seeking to hire Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support seed processing and operational activities during the peak summer season. This role provides hands-on experience in agricultural production operations and is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute in a team-oriented production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the full production cycle of the cashew plantation at all locations, ensuring proper management of the plantations, preparation and coordination of periodic harvest, efficient storage and sales,
