We are looking for an ''Photography Retoucher'' to join our e-commerce team in A Coruña. The role is offered on a local full-time, permanent contract and on-site location.

The role will report directly to our established in-house photographer and retoucher.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain Miista’s uniquely high level of quality in imagery

- Remove imperfections and create consistency in product and model imagery, including colour correction, advanced cloning and healing, comping, masking, cutting out, adding/removing shadows, applying new backgrounds

- Ensure colour consistency across all images, matching digital imagery to physical samples and adjusting imagery from different cameras and sets

- Minimize repetition of corrections.

- Accurately interpret comments and feedback on image correction

- Process, name, file and archive images consistently and in an approved manner that allows for easy searching

- Crop and resize images to the required specifications for print and digital use

- Perform quality checks on all imagery before they go live

- Occasional still-life eCommerce photography

- Retouching creative images.

- Assist with in-house Creative Production (Casting, Location scouting)

- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technology

- Support of the Photography and Video team projects as needed

Skills and Experience Required:

- 2+ years experience working in a similar role ideally in luxury fashion/photography studio

- Advanced proficiency in Mac OS, pen tablets and image software - including Capture One, Photoshop CS, After Effects, Premiere

- Photography or videography-related degrees are a bonus

- Strong competency in image resizing

- Desire to experiment and ability to propose new approaches to retouching

- Video editing and grading skills are a bonus

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and put in extra hours when needed

- Ability to handle a high volume of work with confidence and professionalism

• Implement the annual farm plan, created with the Farm Supervisor, by planting seedlings in the greenhouse, transplanting, maintaining and harvesting successions of fruits, vegetables on our 2-acre farm. At the end of the season, prepare the farm for the winter season by clearing the fields, storing farm supplies and creating an inventory list
• Plan expected harvests and organize distribution of actual harvests, as part of a team effort
• Lead a crew of helpers (assistant market gardeners, interns, volunteers, visitors) on a day-to-day basis in an efficient and supportive manner. Support farm operations and education on a regular basis based on needs of the farm
• Proactively support Farm Supervisor, assistant market gardeners, and other farm team members. Positively participate in group meeting and coaching sessions throughout the duration of the contract

• Manage the packaging tank farm by recording, tracking and reporting tank and oil status across all three packaging shifts.
• Coordinate with the packaging shift supervisors, scheduler, FSQR and the packaging supervisor to ensure that needed oil is ready to make blends.
• Conduct required packaging quality testing.
• Coordinate with FSQR to ensure all Lab testing is completed and within SAP specification prior to blends being made, and request and interpret COAs
• Transfer the correct oils from across the facility into a packaging tank and add the correct additives to complete the blends.
• Ensures blends are made, tested and ready for all lines on all shifts to prevent waiting on oil downtime.
• Issue oils and additives in MII and oil transfers in SAP, insuring FIFO is followed.
• Reviews all orders are completed and closed out in SAP and MII at completion of each blend fill.

This role is the engine room of our sales operations - ensuring orders, stock, production coordination, pricing, dispatch and customer comms run smoothly and profitably.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales coordination / sales administration / order management in manufacturing, distribution, agri inputs, FMCG, or similar.
