The U.S. Federal Courts have a common platform from which to host a national e-filing solution. Unfortunately, state courts don't have the common platform, nor the funding, to be able to implement a common solution across multiple states and in most instance multiple jurisdictions within a state. This leaves the legal community with varying stages of implementation of an e-filing solution, and also leads to a multitude of filing guidelines and requirements for each individual court and system. This group is setup for e-filers to share best practices and tips with others regarding the various e-filing systems that are available.

Integrative Law is an international movement in law that integrates concepts of healing conflict, peacemaking, humanistic values and rational approaches to the law into legal practice. It includes disciplines such as Therapeutic Jurisprudence, Problem-Solving Courts, Collaborative Law, Restorative Justice, Comprehensive Law, reflective practices in the law, and other approaches to law and dispute resolution that focus on human and relational well-being. Rarely is a legal problem purely legal. Almost all disputes involve emotional and interpersonal dynamics. Integrative Law recognizes that successfully resolving those disputes requires skills beyond those traditionally taught in law schools.
