I've been through it before, big banks funding there pockets by forcing family's out of their homes, illegally. Faced with this. Yet again! I find myself back to the RESPA pages. It's a nightmare, no one should live in such conditions. Our home burnt down exactly one year prior, now with this new bank 'call center', we are back to exhausting our health, finances, sleepless nights, anxiety is at a all time high. This bank has taking fraud to another level. Requesting duplicate documents, making claims they are not receiving paper work from vendors when the bank sat on them for weeks, false claim numbers, no inbound or out bound communications to the customer, demands for unethical and or impractical conduct. They have held up ourprocess for our home, going on two months behind schedule and over budget. Asking forto sign documents that are outing there company at risk, upon calling the bank, it's a different story every time, something new they need, something is not correct, the contrast is to dark, it takes this bank 48 hours to receive one fax!!! Then they must review it, that takes another 24 hours. There dates are constantly changing from when they claim documents have been received, we had to re sign all !!! Our paper work over again from scratch. This is similar to the banks pausing claims when they do not and can not prove ownership of the debt. Typical practices. I am now requesting the 'wet ink' chain of assignments, validation, All because this bank is holding our funds and preventing us fromour home. Thousands of families have been victims of this bank, SPS has countless predatory claims against them, subsid of BOA, no wonder. 'Pause'.
