Who are we? Digital, Knowledge & Information Service (EXD/DKI) provides the applications, systems and technologies to support and enhance the global role of the OECD. DKI is part of the Executive Directorate. We have four Divisions, each with their own area of responsibility: Core Information Systems (CIS) groups analytical and statistical systems, authoring systems, collaborative content services, Web-based applications, the Extranet, committee collaboration and the OECD Web site. Responsible for all systems and application development to support OECD substantive work and interaction with partners, CIS aims to deliver integrated, innovative solutions to all steps of the core content management, production and dissemination cycle. Corporate Management Systems (CMS) manages systems for all internal business activity and processes. Responsible for administrative, financial and HR systems, event management, workflow and productivity improvement systems and the intranet, CMS aims to ensure optimal use of ICT for effective management of OECD resources. Client Services (CS) supports internal and external clients. Responsible for the Call Centre, Extranet client support, office systems support, IT training and desktop and mobility services, CS aims to develop client relationship management, innovative service delivery, alignment of working practices to industry norms, and introduction of service level targets and performance metrics, to facilitate use of OECD IT systems by staff and external clients in their daily work. The history of Jamia Hamdard begins with the establishment of a small Unani clinic in the year 1906 by Hakeem Hafiz Abdul Majeed, one of the well-known practitioners of Unani System of Medicine of his time.
