Food Allergens Laboratory. Its services covers the wide areas of food safety and quality, including : - laboratory analysis of important biological or chemical parameters, such as food allergens, GMO, nutrients (eg vitamins), residues (eg veterinary, pesticides), chemical contaminants (eg PAH, mycotoxins, heavy metals) and biological hazards (eg specific pathogens or toxins derived) - trade of rapid/screening tests and other food/feed quality monitoring & control equipment - food training, food inspection and food research & development services (there is extensive experience in customized training and auditing services to food businesses in order to comply with the provisions of the Food Safety EU Legislation and with food safety objectives-please request details). Our scientific team is comprised of scientific specialties instrumental to food safety and quality management aspects and issues (i.e. chemist, molecular biologist, agriculturist, chemical engineer etc).
