The Bob Marley Performing Arts High School, is the brainchild of three Jamaican students, who sought to find a way to capitalize on the richness of Jamaican culture by nurturing the creative minds of Jamaican youth at the secondary level. Through this initiative, the high school seeks to fulfill its mission of creating fully functioningcapable of utilizing the business, legal and, of course creative aspects of theirto maximize the full potential of Jamaican Arts both home and abroad.

Theater is a creative art in which true excellence can only be achieved through mastery of the technical craft. The Theater Arts curricula combine rigorous studio class work with a demanding production schedule to provide students with in-depth training and practice in theater. The Department of Theater Arts produces an extensive season of 15 to 18 or more plays every year, including those produced by the graduate directing program's Jameson Project. In addition, numerous B.F.A. workshops, salons, class scenes and senior projects are presented. The Shoestring Players, a professional children's performance troupe, is also in residence. The Theater Arts Department offers classes to Bachelors of Arts Theater Majors and Minors who are enrolled at one of Rutgers' Liberal Arts Colleges. KFAR Jewish Arts Center is an independent arts organization that stimulates, promotes and produces the next generation of Jewish expression. Hebrew for village, KFAR brings artists and audiences together around vibrant art-oriented celebrations of Jewish heritage in Chicago, creating alternative conduits to community and inspiring investigations of identity by artists and performers exploring our culture through their craft.

The Genre Art Advocacy Center, (GA2C) is an Arts organization promoting excellence in the disciplines of fine art. Our mission is to promote arts and culture with a focus on realism. We recommend and promote the Atelier system and the training ofin the mastering of theand techniques of making fine art. We provide aids to this effort with reference material on Art Theory, History, figurative, techniques and tools. We also provide exhibition opportunities that include the works of established masters as well as emerging artists. The exhibition collects a 20% commission on sales from these shows. The funds collected through the exhibits, donations and gifts are used to advance our mission. We accept several forms of membership. Patrons-Individuals who appreciate the arts and want to participate with donations and (or) acquisitions of fine art. Artist-Artists may join the active register after approval based on submitted examples of their work. Professional-Includes galleries, museums, manufacturing companies, art suppliers and other professional organizations earning income from art. Since 2002, the event known as RIPFest has provided an outlet for some of New York City’s brightest filmmaking and theatrical talents, allowing both established and up-and-coming artists to collaborate on professional-quality short films over a 16-day process. RIPFest has a history of attracting top talent looking for a creative challenge, from Tony-, Emmy- and even Oscar-winning artists to future award-winning filmmakers. Plus we encourage across other creative disciplines to explore the world of short filmmaking. Our goal is to give filmmakers a way to flex their creative muscles, hone their chosenand get the films done - without letting “life” get in the way! All who participate in a RIPFest film receive a professionally-produced DVD of the entire event, including a behind-the-scenes documentary. And several RIPFest films have been screened at festivals around the country.

While the village haat is a mobile, flexible arrangement, here it is crafts persons who are mobile. The DILLI HAAT boasts of nearly 200 craft stalls selling native, utilitarian and ethnic products from all over the country. An ambitious project, set up jointly by Delhi tourism and NDMC, D.C. (Handicrafts) & D.C. (handlooms), Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India & Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India. It aims at providing encouragement to the needyfrom all over the country in order to sustain and preserve the rich heritage of India.
