Skills Impact, in consultation with industry, is undertaking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Standards Project to redesign and develop of qualifications and units of competency to incorporate the skills required to apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles and procedures, creating a path into the sector frommanufacturing vocations. The revised qualifications, new and redesigned units will be included in the FBPBeverage and Pharmaceutical Training Package. Industry has been invited to take part in the validation process to ensure that the qualifications and units reflect the current skills standards and practices of industry, and to engage in wider discussion on the project via LinkedIn.
