RMA promotes the common interests of planning, maintenance and operation of facilities within the region's educational institutions, supports and supplements the activities of APPA, and fosters a professional spirit among those engaged in this work. Rocky Mountain APPA includes the states of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming and the Canadian Provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories. Institutional Membership in RMA is open to universities, colleges, K­12 schools, libraries, museums and other educational institutions that have a physical plant and a facilities organization in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming, the provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan, and the Northwest Territories of Canada. Qualified institutions from states, provinces or countries adjoining any of the above are also eligible for membership. One of the primary focuses of RMA and APPA is the professional development of its members. Every year there are offerings within the Rocky Mountain region as well as additional opportunities coordinated through APPA. Be sure to check back here often for newly scheduled events. This open collaboration helps to strengthen the skills of public procurement officials and other stakeholders as they fulfill their responsibilities to the public they serve. KPPP helps national government, counties, cities, counties, schools, colleges, universities, and courts to build and strengthen fully effective procurement departments. KPPP's on going participation, exchange of ideas and high ethical standards will provide substantial benefits to these entities. Good government and good procurement are mutually beneficial. The Hudson-Mohawk Professional Geologists' Association (HMPGA) was established in 1994 to provide an open forum to strengthen and advance the geological sciences. HMPGA fosters the open exchange of ideas and disseminates information regarding the geological sciences to the community.
