Joel W. Meskin, Esq., is the Managing Director of Community Association Products at McGowan Program Administrators, one of The McGowan Companies. He first became a licensed insurance professional in 1981. He is an attorney who spent 15 years as an attorney specializing in insurance coverage and related insurance andlitigation.
