The International Affairs Student Association (IASA) provides a platform for academic, professional, and social activities for students in the International Affairs Program at Washington University in Saint Louis. The IASA aims to complement theProgram itself by facilitating activities that: -increase opportunities to draw upon on the diverse backgrounds of the student body; -promote thoughtful discussion, commentary, and analysis of international issues; -refine cross-cultural communication, cultural literacy, and the ability to provide creative solutions to contemporary global challenges; -build networks within the IA Program, the greater St. Louis community, and beyond.

This group is for participants and alumni of the Hesselbein Forum Leadership Program in International Affairs (LPIA) at the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School in International Affairs. The Hesselbein Forum Leadership Program inseeks to expand the global community of service-oriented leaders by providing a collaborative forum for select GSPIA students to apply leadership analysis and develop leadership skills through discussion, research, and mentorship opportunities.

The Conference on Gender and International Affairs strives to create a platform for academics, practitioners, and community leaders to come together to discuss how gender affects and is affected by today’s global issues. Continuing on its sixth year, the Conference continues the tradition of student and faculty advocacy at Fletcher to integrate gender analyses into our work.

The Young Professionals in International Affairs (YPIA) seeks to raise awareness about international politics to the young professional community at large. YPIA is a non-partisan organization that brings together young professionals with similar interests, through educational programs, community service, networking events, outreach and research. The Young Professionals in(YPIA) organization is unique within thecommunity of Washington D.C. We are young professionals and students that share a deep passion forbecause we live and work with it on a regular basis. We have translated our love ofinto an active stewardship program that includes social, educational, and professional events built around the study ofissues. We understand that the strength and tenet of YPIA lies in our organizational network. It enables us to hold meaningful debate on allissues and enables us to work as credible, more informed professionals within the community. With our diverse programs and membership base, we hope to achieve an organization that brings together young professionals with similar interests, through educational programs, community service, networking events, outreach and research. YPIA is currently based in Washington DC but is expanding with its first international chapter in Egypt.
