New and existing buildings These buildings will be subject to a stringent new set of requirements, including safety case reports and golden thread information. The Act creates three new bodies to provide effective oversight of the new regime: the Building Safety Regulator, the National Regulator of Construction Products and the New Homes Ombudsman. Senior Division of Building is focusing at this time mainly on the two following projects: 1. Rishui Zamin - uniform licensing process and advanced Internet computing system designed to share information between all authorities involved in the process of licensing, and create a "virtual tour" for submission of applications for permits and receive updated information on licensing status.
