Can choose to retire at anytime and start the pension (No Lock-in period). f. An individual has a option to choose his/her annuity service provider as per the best rate of returns. 4) Portability: An individual can still continue his/her contribution even if he/she changes the employer in future. 5) Fund Options: An individual can invest upto 50% of his/her contribution under Equity and the remaining into Corporate bonds and Government securities or any one among both. 6) Transparency: An individual can track his/her transactions, daily through NSDL system with the help of T-pin and I-pin associated to his/her unique Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) provided by NSDL. Role for the Corporate:- A corporate is a facilitator for this voluntary employee benefit program with neither liabilities nor expense. Role for the HR Deptt: As the scheme is subscriber focused and the individual PRAN is individual to a subscriber, therefore the liability for the HR is negligible.
