The Carolina Agency is a full-service, student run agency at the University of South Carolina’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications. Founded in 2005 by faculty member Jeffrey Ranta, TCA is one of 37 student-run agencies nationally affiliated with the Public Relations Student Society of America.
