In the Indian language, Radha Soami means ‘lord of the soul’, satsang describes a group that seeks truth, and Beas refers to the town near which the main centre is located in northern India. There are a number of other contemporary movements that use the name ‘Radha Soami’ but Radha Soami Satsang Beas is not associated with any of them. RSSB was established in India in 1891 and gradually began spreading to other countries. Today RSSB holds meetings in more than 90 countries worldwide. It is a registered non-profit society with no affiliation to any political or commercial organizations. The philosophy teaches a personal path of spiritual development which includes a vegetarian diet, abstinence from intoxicants, a moral way of life and the practice of daily meditation. There are no rituals, ceremonies, hierarchies or mandatory contributions, nor are there compulsory gatherings. Members need not give up their cultural identity or religious preference to follow this path. Mission: To build a self perpetuating network of working religious Jews; facilitating successful integration in the Israeli workforce. Description: One of the core functions of any mature society - includes the ability for individuals to network via their internal community to accomplish whatever it is they seek. Networks help individuals connect with new friends, sometimes spouses and often - jobs. For religious Jews in Israel the ability to network, as a way to find a job, is severely limited by the lack of peer penetration in the workforce. Many religious Jews are becoming educated, in many fields including high-tech, but they cannot always connect with the best possible job that they are qualified due to a lack of connections. On top of this issue, are the more general issues which include cultural distances and lack of integration between different Israeli sects. KamaTech, was founded to build a self perpetuating network of working religious Jews ; facilitating successful integration in the Israeli workforce. We do this by connecting our members, whom we connect with via various organizations, - with our coalition of companies who have committed to participate in this project. We do not do job placement, we simply connect qualified individuals with companies who are committed to hiring qualifying individuals from our internal network. Once someone does get hired, we then follow up with them, and may even ask them to act as a mentor for others in the program. They must follow up with us as their careers progress, until they have the opportunity for them to help another individual from our network attain a successful hire. We call this "paying-it-forward". It is our belief that by helping create this network, we can help alleviate much of the employment challenges Religious Jews face here in Israel. It is through this, that we hope to help build a bigger better workplace - the Pioneers of Tomorrow.

The CROSS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION & INTEGRATION FORUM (CCIF) is an open medium presenting opportunities for leaders and organizations to understand and to harness diversity and maximize the potential of their global and cross-border initiatives. The CCIF will serve as a discussion forum for senior organizational leaders and cross-cultural specialists interested in exchanging lessons learned and ideas to take diversity beyond acceptance and to leverage its synergies. To that end, the forum will enable its members to network with international leaders and specialists involved in cross-cultural initiatives in both the not-for-profit and profit sectors. Members will learn from each others experiences in leading, implementing initiatives and leveraging cross-cultural capacities within and across their organizations. To enable a rich discussion that stretches the traditional framework of cultural understanding, members are encouraged to contribute on cross-cultural topics with theoretical concepts, experiences, ideas and solutions. Since culture entails an implicit statement of differences and uniqueness, this forum, in its effort to go beyond the acceptance, also encourages the members to bring awareness and share the attributes in their discussions of specific cultures, be it ethnic, social, demographic, religious or disciplinary.
